I created a very intended vibe in the collateral to bring renters to this community.

 

The materials reflect high-end, youthful, desirable people and environments.

Working with Weiden & Kennedy's branding, I leveraged it, adding imagery to the collateral that I art directed.

 

The mini folder and information cards hit the mark and were successful in helping to fill three buildings with tenants.
